BoyleSports backs innovative iGaming Games Studio S Gaming

BoyleSports, Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker is expanding its gaming portfolio with a significant investment in S Gaming, a new slot content provider building entertaining games for recreational players.

The strategic investment partnership will see BoyleSports benefit when S Gaming goes live with its first games in Q4, all of which will be available across some of the UK’s biggest operators and will also see a number of bespoke games onboarded to the Irish gaming firm’s platform from January 2024.

Founded in 2023 by Charles Mott, former Head of Commercial at Slot Factory and industry veteran Kevin McGinnigle, S Gaming is leveraging its extensive sector knowledge to create truly entertaining games that are designed and built to entertain players.

Charles Mott, founder of S Gaming, said: “S Gaming first met the team from BoyleSports at ICE where the idea around an investment opportunity was born. Their vision, approach and sheer scale made this a no-brainer for us. Their ability to move fast, combined with their transparency really hit home with us; the cultural fit was just right. We’re extremely excited to hit the ground running and are determined to repay the faith showed in us by the BoyleSports team.”

Steve Payne, Gaming Director at BoyleSports, said: “Although this is a first for BoyleSports working with S Gaming, I previously worked with both Charles and Kevin which made the decision to invest in their new business very easy for us. It’s exciting to be collaborating with them to bring creative bespoke content to BoyleSports as well as onboarding S Gaming to our content portfolio and supporting the team to innovate for the industry.  We look forward very much to being part of this journey with Charles and the team.”

BoyleSports’ backing of S Gaming is the latest strategic move by the bookmaker as it continues its global market expansion. BoyleSports now has operations in Ireland, the UK, South Africa and earlier this year acquired Peruvian operator Timberazo.
